Alane was such a Godsend! Why would anyone do this alone when you can have someone who know the ins and outs of the various options for care—and it didn’t cost me anything.  Alane did all the legwork and it was because of her that I was able to get an appointment at an amazing place for my uncle —a place I didn’t know existed and a place that typically is always full.  I got the first appointment and a tour with the owner.  I went from thinking “Let me just find a place that is safe and good enough and in his budget “ to “Wow, this is an amazing place that will really care for him and give him the best chance to have a good quality of life.”  It was such a providential gift. Alane = Hands down one of the most patient and understanding human beings!! We were able to place my mother-in-law in one Assisted living and my parents in another location all within 4 months. It has been a whirlwind to say the least!! Alane coordinated the tours of both locations, took care of all of the details and went with us to make sure everything went smoothly and to guide us to ask the right questions. She answered endless questions via text, email, phone calls. She was always very attentive and took our questions and concerns seriously. I can’t say enough about how Elaine Roberts assisted us in our search for a long-term care facility for my husband. We had looked at a few prior to connecting with her, but were not finding a setting we desired. She was careful to assess our needs and found us the perfect home in a time efficient manner.
